NEZHNO CERAMICS

"I feel, therefore I am." A sensory interior brand centered on tactile experience. The identity translates this philosophy into a "visual rustle" — a graphic language of textures and organic patterns that evoke the raw sensation of clay.

Task

Design a cohesive visual identity and promotional suite for the Nezhno Ceramic Exhibition. The goal was to create a sensory brand experience that feels as tangible as the handmade ceramics themselves.

Solution

A "tactile-first" ecosystem featuring high-impact event posters, invitation cards, and product catalogs. To drive engagement, I developed signature vase-shaped tote bags, bridging the gap between functional utility and fine art.

Concept

Based on the philosophy of touch as our first sense, this concept focuses on ceramics people want to feel. It aims to reduce stress and restore a sense of reality through tactile pleasure.

Brand strategy

We bridge digital and physical worlds through analog techniques: film photography, xylography, and handmade paper. This approach evokes a sense of touch and emotional authenticity for the international market.

Logo

The logo symbolizes the act of touch. Its connected lines represent gentle contact between hands and clay.

Typography

Soft logo is paired with structured typeface. Sharp typography emphasizes the organic forms of ceramics. Roboto Mono for presentation headings and body text, Pragmatica for print media headings and body.

Photography

I conducted a dedicated studio session using film photography to achieve a warm, grainy texture. This "visual noise" adds a layer of warmth and a grounded, human feel to the brand's digital assets.

Posters

A series of 5 posters designed to attract visitors to the exhibition. Each poster emphasizes paper texture and the tactile shapes of the vases, inviting the viewer to reach out and touch the image.

Invitations

Personalized invitations feature corporate graphics and film photography, printed on textured paper. Invitations are sent to public figures to increase exhibition awareness and reach a wider audience.

Printed graphics (xylography)

I hand-carved wooden blocks in the signature shapes of the vases to create unique relief prints (xylography). These distinctive, recognizable forms were used by the brand for their organic, artisanal aesthetic.

Posters in the environment.

Souvenir bags

Limited edition tote bags designed with rounded, flowing silhouettes that mimic the organic forms of the ceramic vases.

Paper texture & handmade process

I created custom handmade paper from recycled materials to provide a unique physical texture. This tactile base was used for posters and special invitations to reinforce the project's core idea of "touch".

Special invitations

A limited-edition set of envelopes and cards made entirely from handmade recycled paper. These pieces serve as a premium, tactile introduction to the "Nezhno" experience.

Product tags

Custom tags for the ceramic pieces, featuring price details and branding that match the overall tactile identity.

Booklet

Designed for potential buyers, this catalog features vases in interior settings with detailed pricing, maintaining a soft and minimal aesthetic.
